Do you have a minimum order?
No. We decorate everything from a single cap or jacket to 10,000+ pieces. Small personal orders and large corporate programs are both welcome.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
It depends on stitch count, garment and quantity. Send us your logo and quantity and we'll quote the same day — usually within a few hours. Free digital proof included, no obligation.
How fast can you turn an order around?
Quotes come back the same day. Most jobs ship in 7–10 business days after artwork approval, and rush turnaround is available on request.
Where are you located, and can I pick up my order?
We're at 31 Progress Ave, Unit 23 in Scarborough, Ontario — near Brimley Rd & Progress Ave, minutes from Hwy 401. Local pickup is free, and we ship across Canada and the US.

Is your work really made in Canada?
Yes. Every order is decorated in-house at our family-run shop in Scarborough, Toronto — as it has been since 2003. When you order from us, you're buying Canadian.
